- Smoke and pet free environment

- Parts listed as new may are mint condition, although some might have small nicks from handling and/or storing.
- Used are visible used. Note: some parts listed as used can also be in fact new, but since I can´t trace its provenance they are mark as used.
- Very used parts (broken, yellowed, scratched beyond normal use or bite marks) are always notified.

Minimum buy:

- Minimum buy of 6.50€

Packing/order problems

- If a sent order is incomplete or containing wrong parts, please let me know - we will solve it.

- Orders containing new and used parts will be sent in an envelope/box containing 2 bags: one for the new and one for the used pieces.

Feedback:

- I will give you positive feedback as soon you will receive your order and gave me a positive feedback.

- If for some reason your intention is to leave me negative feedback, please contact me first, so that I will have a chance to correct the issue.

Payment:

- When you receive the quote (items and shipping price) the total is final, no more extras added.

- Payment is expected within 3 days. 

Orders above 50 Euro:

- Registered mail is mandatory when order exceeds 50 EUR. Registration mail will include postage, tracking and insurance (the insurance covering varies in different countries. Please check YOUR local rules).

Buyers from outside the European Community: 

- Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the total price. These charges (if any) are buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to ordering. Inside the EU there is no customs taxes.

- A tax sticker may be added. The text on this will be 'Other - toy parts' and the value given is the value of the LEGO parts in the order. I will not fill in any other text or value.

Lost orders:

- If you don’t request insurance, I can’t be hold responsible for the eventual loss of the items/package.Last Updated: 4 Jul 2020
